Issue 47: Therapeutic knitting, Slowing Down, and Navigating Transitions in Life with Joy

Instead of worrying about what you cannot control, shift your energy to what you can create. ― Roy T. Bennett

Hello there,

I hope this post finds you well!

As we head into the final week of the holiday season, stress and anxiety levels may be peaking.

That’s why I’d like to encourage you over these next few days to slow down, and just be. Take mini-breaks throughout the day to sit and knit – even for just 10 mins at a time. Doing so will help to counter stress and keep you grounded in the present moment.

Conscious living is about intention and choice. It’s the promotion of the things we value the most in life and the removal of everything that takes us away from those things.

For some knitting and conscious living inspiration this week, I’ve hand-picked the following articles and I hope you’ll find a quiet moment to enjoy!

Wishing you a joyful week,

Love,

Becky x
