  1. Won’t be doing anything challenging in the next 30 days, takes me longer to get motivated on things, but eventually will.

  2. I love this idea – and I am already knitting most days, but usually in front of tv at night.
    Thanks for launching this!

  3. Very excited to join this challenge. I am a habitual multi tasker and really love the idea of simply knitting with intention, instead of keeping my hands busy in front of the television and so on.

  4. Perfect timing to start a new project. I’m aiming to finish my year-long vest this weekend! Excited to see how this goes…

  5. I try to knit everyday; sometimes other things get in the way. However, I am ready for the challenge; can’t wait to get started!!

    1. Well done for getting a solid self-care plan in place to get you through this challenging time. I’ll be holding you in my thoughts and sending you healing vibes. Happy that you’re here!

  6. Love this!!! Thanks !!! I usually knit every night for sanity reasons!!! 😉😉😉

  7. I’ve long known nothing destresses like knitting, but didn’t think of it as self-care. I’ve been struggling to allow myself self-care and to find easy ways to incorporate self-care into a routine, plus have several wips right now, so this is perfect!!

  8. I think this is great. I always”reward” myself with my knitting. I’ve never thought of it as self care. I will start tomorrow. I will have an hour that I was going to spend catching up on bills, but now I’m going to take most of the hour and knit.

  9. I use knitting as a form of anxiety/pain relief, but never thought if it as self care, just something I do. Thanks for what you are doing here! I shall be knitting socks for the homeless.

    1. I’m happy to know that you have found a way to ease your pain and anxiety with knitting. You are so kind, knitting socks for the homeless. Bless you x

  10. This is just what I need. Looking forward to focusing on the process rather than the end product. I am often very critical of my work.

    1. I’m so glad to hear it Rachel! Let me know if you find yourself struggling at any point. I’m here to help you through it. Let’s work to reduce that inner critic and focus on creating more joy! xo

  11. I’ve just started a brioche hat to learn the brioche stitch in preparation to make a brioche sweater for a great niece. Since I’ve ripped out a good bit of stitching TWICE, I really, really, need the meditation part of the this challenge. I’m looking forward to it.

  12. I’m a knitter and a crocheter. Can I do the 30 challenge with crocheting? Eases all my anxiety.

    1. Absolutely! You can definitely crochet for the challenge. Some members like to quilt too. Do whatever works for you!
